Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) — DonNe AI, Inc.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the DonNe platform and related services (the “Service”) provided by DonNe AI, Inc. (“DonNe”). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the DonNe Terms of Service available at /terms-of-service.
Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms.
1) General Rule
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms and this AUP. You are responsible for all activity under your Account, including activity by Authorized Users.
2) Prohibited Uses
You will not (and will not allow any third party to) use the Service to:
2.1 Illegal, Harmful, or Rights-Violating Activity
- violate any applicable law or regulation (including privacy, anti-spam, employment, and consumer protection laws);
- infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- engage in unlawful discrimination or prohibited profiling, including in recruiting or employment-related decisions.
2.2 Security, Abuse, and Platform Integrity
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or DonNe systems;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or breach or circumvent authentication or security measures (except with DonNe’s prior written authorization);
- introduce malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading, flooding, spamming, or otherwise imposing an unreasonable load;
- use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service in a manner that materially degrades performance or bypasses rate limits.
2.3 Data Misuse; Scraping; Unauthorized Collection
- scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service in violation of law or third-party terms, or in a manner that is abusive or materially impacts the Service;
- attempt to re-identify individuals from de-identified or aggregated data (if any);
- use the Service to build or improve a competing product or service, including by extracting data or Outputs at scale for competitive purposes; or sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make available Outputs or DonNe Generated Data in bulk or in “raw” form (including list dumps or machine-readable exports), except as expressly permitted by the Terms.
2.4 Outreach Misconduct (Recruiting / Executive Search Context)
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unlawful marketing communications using Outputs or generated drafts;
- use the Service to facilitate phishing, impersonation, deception, or other fraudulent outreach;
- use the Service to contact individuals where you lack a lawful basis or required consent under applicable privacy/marketing laws.
2.5 Misrepresentation and Improper Reliance
- represent Outputs as guaranteed facts or as DonNe’s endorsement of any candidate, employer, or opportunity;
- use the Service in a way that suggests DonNe is acting as an employment agency, recruiter of record, or decision-maker for hiring outcomes.
2.6 Third-Party Data and Integrations Misuse
- use the Service to (a) scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from any third-party service in violation of their terms; (b) conduct any systematic or automated data collection (including data mining, data extraction, or data harvesting) from any third-party service in violation of their terms; (c) create, publish, or distribute marketing or mailing lists derived from third-party services where prohibited; (d) export, resell, sublicense, or redistribute third-party licensed data or enriched fields except as expressly permitted by the applicable third-party terms and the Customer’s license; or (e) build, improve, or offer a competing database, enrichment product, org-chart product, or relationship graph product using third-party data.
2.7 Output Resale / Database Replication
- You will not use the Service, Outputs, or DonNe Generated Data to create or offer any data product, dataset, searchable database, enrichment service, org-chart service, or relationship graph service for third parties.
3) Email/Workspace Connections (OAuth) + CSV Uploads — Additional Requirements
If you connect an email account or workspace via OAuth (e.g., Google Workspace/Gmail or Microsoft 365/Outlook) or upload data files (including CSV files) obtained from third-party sources (which may include LinkedIn):
- you must have the authority to connect the mailbox/workspace and to permit DonNe’s processing of Email Metadata, and you must have the rights and permissions to upload and provide any such third-party data to DonNe;
for entity Customers, this includes having appropriate authorization from the organization that controls the mailbox/workspace and from any applicable Account administrators;
- you must provide any required notices and obtain any required consents from Authorized Users and other applicable individuals, as required by law;
- you must not attempt to enable access to email body content or attachments unless expressly enabled by DonNe and agreed in writing (e.g., in an Order Form).
- for data exported or downloaded from professional networking platforms (including LinkedIn), you must ensure that your export, upload, storage, and use of such data with the Service (including any outreach use) is permitted by the applicable platform terms and does not violate any third-party rights; you must not use the Service to circumvent any platform restrictions (including restrictions on automation, messaging, or commercial use);
- you must not upload message content or communications obtained from third-party platforms unless you have a lawful basis and any required notices/consents to process and use that content in the Service, including where such content contains personal data of third parties;
4) Enforcement
DonNe may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may take action as described in the Terms, including:
- removing or restricting access to certain features;
- suspending or terminating Accounts;
- reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
DonNe’s failure to enforce this AUP in every instance is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
5) Updates to this AUP
The current version of this AUP will be posted at
(or a successor URL). Material changes may be communicated and may require re-acceptance where appropriate.
